Chris is a native of Santa Fe with over 25 years experience in the flooring and wall tile industry. His meticulous commercial flooring and tile design footprint is seen in hotels, restaurants, schools, housing developments and many other commercial properties throughout Northern New Mexico. His flooring knowledge, experience and creative ability to identify and design with various types of flooring materials have earned him six consecutive “Coronado Decorating Sales Achievement of the Year” awards for sales over $1,000,000. Though he specializes in working with architects and contractors, he enjoys working with individual clients as well.

Whether it is for tile design, carpet or wood flooring selection, or some beautiful new Hunter Douglas blinds, Dawn strives for excellence in customer service.

Jacob, a native of Santa Fe, has over 32 years of experience in the flooring and wall tile industry. Jacob began his flooring career as a professional carpet installer in commercial properties and luxury homes in California and New Mexico. His product knowledge and "All Things Are Possible” philosophy in helping clients make the perfect flooring and wall tile choices for their design projects have earned him loyal customer relationships and three “Coronado Decorating Sales Achievement of the Year” awards for sales over $500,000.

Katherine received her Interior Design Certification in Architecture, Construction Technology and Interior Design from Santa Monica College in California. Katherine spent seven years designing Victorian and Craftsmen style homes in Los Angeles before expanding her interior designs to become a lead artist for Historic Restoration projects in Hollywood, Pasadena and Beverly Hills. Since moving to Santa Fe, Katherine has designed and built an Earth Ship home in Abiquiu as well as home remodeling in Santa Fe. Katherine recently joined the Coronado Decorating Design Team and looks forward to building relationships with Santa Fe clients.

Mark moved to Santa Fe in 2000, and immediately became involved in the community. Mark volunteers at KSFR Public Radio. He has programmed and hosted a three-hour music program “Map Is Not Territory” for twenty years. His career of 40 years in design began in his family's furniture design business in Wisconsin. Mark's attention to the smallest detail in helping clients make timeless and stylish flooring, wall tile and window treatment choices to enhance their design vision have earned him loyal customer relationships and five “Coronado Decorating Sales Achievement of the Year” awards for sales over $500,000.

Mari states that her creative designs are from the breadth of her exclusive interior design service. Her focus on the client's vision and lifestyle is what enhances her distinctive and timeless upscale designs. She enjoys working with individual clients, though her specialty is in working and collaborating with architects, contractors and craftsmen/women. In 2020, her first year with the company, Mari earned the “Coronado Decorating Sales Achievement of the Year” award for sales over $500,000.

Ray Tapia is a native of Santa Fe who possesses endless knowledge of the Santa Fe culture. He has over 30 years experience in the flooring industry, twenty-one of which are as a Design Consultant at Coronado Decorating. With his experience and product knowledge of tile, stone, carpet and wood window treatments, combined with his experience in installation methods, Ray guides clients through each step of their project, large or small. His friendly sales style has earned him countless new and repeat customers who remain loyal to meeting extensively with him for all their new construction and remodeling flooring needs. To maintain a cutting edge on the latest flooring and design trends, Ray attends ongoing weekly sales and new product training.

Steve, “Esteban” was born in Mexico and raised in San Antonio, Texas where he attended Texas Tech University on a full art scholarship. His career of 28 years in the flooring and wall tile industry began at his family's design business. Steven expresses his artistic talent in guiding clients to make their home décor a timeless architectural statement with flooring and wall tile selections that reflect their lifestyle. His vision of endless flooring and wall tile design possibilities and attentive sales skills have earned him five “Coronado Decorating Sales Achievement of the Year” awards for sales over $800,000.
